Table Top Space

Description

• Table Top Exhibit spaces are IN in the Conference Room and will not have a wall behind them.
• Includes 2 chairs & draped 6’ table.
• These spaces will not be able to add vertical displays/backdrops; no pop-up backdrops are allowed.  Small signs on the table are acceptable.
• Several Conference Sponsorships include Exhibit space, so do not purchase separately if your selected sponsorship includes booth space.
• Only members in good standing may sponsor or exhibit.
• One firm may occupy each space.
• Exhibitors must register for each attendee separately; No Exceptions.
• Sponsors and Exhibitors will be listed in the official Conference Program.
• Conference room space is limited; priority for exhibit space will be given to Conference Sponsors; booths will be assigned in order of registration and payment.
• Exhibits must remain up throughout the duration of the conference.  Any exhibitors who break down their booth early will be fined $250 and will not be able to exhibit in future conferences until this fee is paid.
