Description
- Booth space is 8’x10’ IN in the Conference Room.
- Includes 2 chairs & draped 6’ table.
- These booth spaces are around the perimeter of the room; pop-up backdrops are allowed.
- Several Conference Sponsorships include Exhibit space, so do not purchase separately if your selected sponsorship includes booths space.
- Only members in good standing may sponsor or exhibit.
- One firm may occupy each space.
- Exhibitors must register for each attendee separately; No Exceptions.
- Sponsors and Exhibitors will be listed in the official Conference Program.
- Conference room space is limited; priority for exhibit space will be given to Conference Sponsors; booths will be assigned in order of registration and payment.
- Exhibits must remain up throughout the duration of the conference. Any exhibitors who break down their booth early will be fined $250 and will not be able to exhibit in future conferences until this fee is paid.
