THE FINE PRINT
Only members in good standing may sponsor or exhibit. One firm may occupy each space. Exhibitors must register for each attendee separately; NO Exceptions. Sponsors and Exhibitors will be listed in the official Conference Program. Conference room space is limited; priority for exhibit space will be given to Conference Sponsors; booths will be assigned in order of registration and payment. Exhibits must remain up throughout the duration of the conference. Any exhibitors who break down their booth early will be fined $250 and will not be able to exhibit in future conferences until this fee is paid.
