Includes 8’x10’ booth space IN conference room, 2 chairs & draped 6’ table

Table Top Space $450 (limited spaces available)
Includes one draped 6’ table and 2 chairs IN conference room.
These spaces will not be able to add vertical displays/backdrops.

THE FINE PRINT
Only members in good standing may sponsor or exhibit. One firm may occupy each space. Exhibitors must register for each attendee separately; NO Exceptions. Sponsors and Exhibitors will be listed in the official Conference Program. Conference room space is limited; priority for exhibit space will be given to Conference Sponsors; booths will be assigned in order of registration and payment. Exhibits must remain up throughout the duration of the conference. Any exhibitors who break down their booth early will be fined $250 and will not be able to exhibit in future conferences until this fee is paid.

2026 Registration Details - Registration Open

Every attendee must register to attend.
Exhibitors must register for each attendee in addition to exhibit registration fee. No Exceptions. (Sponsor levels may include booth and/or attendee tickets, so please review sponsor levels.)
All registrants must be current MAT Members to attend.
Guests who will not attend the entire conference may attend with a fully-registered attendee. Purchase a Day Pass and/or Awards Luncheon ticket.
Day pass includes lunch.
Conference Registration does not include MAT Gives Back Event or registration for Nyle Mann Memorial Golf Tournament.
Full payment must accompany registration. Please make checks payable to Marina Association of Texas.
Cancellations before 9/1/26 – 100% Refund. Registrations after 9/15/26 – add $25 late fee per registration.
